Computer Training

We are an ECDL (European Computer Driving License) Accredited Test Centre and offer ECDL and Microsoft Office Suite courses. These courses can be customised to suit your organisation's IT training needs and delivered at our IT training suite or at your premises.

European Computer Driving License: Self Study Course

Course Objectives

The ECDL is a European-wide computer qualification designed to raise the level of IT knowledge and competency of computer users by covering the key concepts of computing, its practical applications and their use in the workplace and society in general.

Intended For

Companies wishing to improve productivity and competency by enabling their staff to establish a solid foundation in computer skills and attain a widely recognised computer qualification. No prior knowledge of IT or computer skills is needed.

ECDL Tests

EDETA is an Accredited Test Centre for ECDL. The ECDL certificate is issued upon successful completion of one theoretical and six practice based tests.

Microsoft Office Suite: 1-5 Day Course

Course Objectives

Introduces participants to the basics of the Microsoft Office suite of programs with the option of proceeding to an intermediate level which focuses on the advanced tasks that can be performed in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook/Explorer.

Intended For

Companies wishing to have their staff receive basic training the use of Microsoft applications.

The length of the course will depend on the organisation’s training needs. The recommended training period is one day per Microsoft application.

Course Content

  • Introduction to Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Microsoft Word (word processing)
  • Microsoft Excel and/or Access (database)
  • Microsoft Outlook Express & Explorer (email and internet)


An attendance certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course.

Microsoft Office training can only be run with a minimum of eight participants.
